Jo Horsley is an internationally renowned Pilates instructor known for delivering high-value classes tailored to improve athletic performance. She began her Pilates journey in 2008 while living in the Netherlands, achieving her Level 1, Level 2 Mat, and Reformer 1 qualifications. From 2010 to 2017, Jo taught numerous classes in Dublin, including at the prestigious Pilates Performance and West Wood Club Leopardstown.
After returning to the UK in 2017, Jo continued her passion for Pilates by delivering a variety of local classes in the Kendal area. She specialises in working with local running, cycling, and triathlon clubs, including Howgill Harriers, Kendal Cycle Club, and Kendal Tri Club. Jo's tailored approach ensures that each class meets the specific needs of athletes, helping them enhance their performance and achieve their fitness goals.
