Lin, owner of Lin Petry Nutrition since 2020, offers personalised one-to-one nutrition consultations and delivers a wide range of talks, workshops, and guest lectures for businesses, community groups, and educational settings.
With a background in medical anthropology and an interest in human behaviour, she specialises in gut balance, energy levels, and hormone balance. Lin's curiosity about how nutrition shapes health drives her to continually research in the field of performance nutrition, with a particular interest in the metabolic differences between men and women and their implications for nutritional needs. Her approach is rooted in evidence-based practices, tailored to each client’s unique health profile and goals.
In her free time, Lin enjoys family bike rides; her most notable was a multi-week bike trip to Legoland in Denmark.
