Vicki, owner of Sports Recovery Kendal, provides sports massage, strength coaching, rehab, and clinical expertise.
With 8 years' experience in the UK and Italy, she is a StrongFirst level 2 kettlebell instructor and barbell instructor. Her background in sports and fitness comes from her 10-year career in the Met Police's specialist units, which required high physical fitness and led her to CrossFit and StrongFirst training.
She participates in road, mountain, and gravel biking, weightlifting, CrossFit, swimming, and fell walking. She completed the Fred Whitton, Strathpuffer, Frontier 300, multiple Jenn Rides, the London Marathon, and swam the length of Coniston. Her approach prioritises quality movement, tailored to each client's history, ability, and goals.

Sarah, owner of SJPT, brings over 12 years of experience in providing strength and conditioning, sports massage therapy, and rehabilitation services.
She works with a diverse range of athletes, from judo players to endurance athletes in various sports.
Sarah specialises in small group and personal coaching and is known for her progressive programming and sports therapy expertise.
An accomplished open water marathon swimmer, Sarah has completed notable events such as Windermere one way, the Lake Geneva crossing, and a Channel relay. Sarah is inspired by her clients and athletes, as well as influential figures like Mel Robbins, Sarina Wiegman, and Ross Edgley.
She focuses on coaching judo athletes aged 12 and above, endurance athletes in cycling, running, swimming, and triathlon, women who are beginning their fitness journeys and building confidence, and individuals in need of injury rehabilitation and sports therapy. Her comprehensive approach ensures that each client receives tailored training to meet their specific goals and needs.
