Feedback From Vicki and Sarah's Athletes

Feedback From Vicki and Sarah's Athletes

I am a better and more confident cyclist!

I am a duathlete and I have been attending strength classes at Strength to Speed for around 5 years now.

The combination of Kettlebells and Strength and Core classes work perfectly. As a result, I am a better and more confident cyclist for having done this training.

Pete Brown

The classes are fun!

Both Vicky and Sarah are focused on teaching you the skills necessary to ensure you can do the exercises correctly and without injuring yourself.

The classes are fun. They are not a testosterone fuelled grunt session!!

I’ve gone from being unable to do one press up to around 10!

I’ve been coming to the weights classes at Mapdec for two and a half years now. I’ve surprised myself, I’ve never been a gym person.

I’ve gone from being unable to do one press up to around 10. I can deadlift my bodyweight.

Kath

Never used weights before? No problem.
