Kath, owner of Karma Cycling, offers one-to-one online coaching for endurance athletes in swimming, biking, and running. The only Level 3 female British Cycling coach in the North West of England, she holds numerous other qualifications, including an MTB leader award, first aid, safeguarding, and water safety. Kath's extensive coaching experience includes guiding clients to complete events like the End to End Coniston swim, Fred Whitton sportive, Edinburgh-London-Edinburgh bike ride, ultra-marathons up to 100 miles, and triathlons ranging from sprint to Ironman. Several of her clients have reached GB age-group triathlon standards.

Kath's impressive sporting background spans a lifetime of outdoor activities, with a focus on triathlon over the past decade. Her achievements include nine podium finishes at World and European Age Group triathlon events and an age group win at the Vitoria-Gasteiz Ironman, earning her a spot at the IM World Championships in 2024. She has won medals in half Ironman, full Ironman, and mountain bike disciplines. Notably, she has guided visually impaired athletes to gold at the para national championships. She is also Head of Kendal Tri Club, mentoring 12 coaches, and organising unique courses for Guides for Visually Impaired triathletes. 

Kath's early sporting inspirations include competitive cycling, mountain biking, mountaineering in the Alps, and canoe expeditions across Europe and South America. Before dedicating herself to coaching, she served as a senior kayak instructor and head of canoeing at an outdoor centre. Her clients, often over the age of 50, benefit from her vast experience and supportive coaching approach.

Paddy, an active triathlete with 21 years of experience, offers coaching in swimming, biking, and running. He holds coaching credentials such as L3 Triathlon Coach, Level 2 Cycle Coach, and L3 Personal Trainer. Paddy has coached groups through Mapdec, Kendal Cycle Club, Kendal Tri Club, and Vision of Adventure, a charity supporting visually impaired athletes. He also provides individual coaching, primarily remotely but occasionally in person. Representing Great Britain as an age-grouper 14 times in standard and middle-distance events, he made the podium in 2022.

Paddy's approach to coaching is inspired by athletic legends like Daley Thompson and the Brownlee brothers, as well as contemporary coaches Mikael Erikson and Stephen Seiler. His focus is on long-term client relationships, developing healthy habits, and deepening understanding of the training process. To keep things interesting and engaging Paddy enjoys variety in training, including mountain biking, open water swimming, and hiking in the fells of the Lake District.
