Our best value package includes special guest sessions, workshops and unlimited classes for just £400 vaild from September 1, 2024 - April 30, 2025.
Join our monthly membership by October 31, 2024 to enjoy a special rate of £60 per month until April 30, 2025. From November 1, 2024 the rate will increase to £80 per month.
Flexible 10 class pass valid until April 30, 2025. Perfect for those who can’t commit to regular attendance or to give as a gift.
One-off classes for those who can only visit occasionally - also a great way to get to know our instructors and facilities. £12.50 per class, valid from purchase until April 30 2025.

Strength & Conditioning Classes
With a focus on correct technique and form our coaches will guide you through a session that will enhance strength, endurance, flexibility, reducing your injury risk and boosting metabolism.
Pilates Classes
Enhance your core strength, flexibility, and posture with pilates. Develop better balance, muscle tone, and mental focus, while reducing stress and preventing injuries.
3 Week Cycling Course
A 3-week progressive cycling course for a maximum of three people. These sessions are heavily coached to help you develop the knowledge, skills and technique you need to accelerate your cycling development.
Nutrition Workshop
Fuelling is fundamental for recovery, growth and performance. Fine tune your nutritional knowledge with expert advice to give your body what it needs to progress.
Special Guest Sessions
Leading experts, coaches and athletes will be sharing their knowledge and experiences to inform and inspire you in your own sports journey.
Our Instructors
The Strength 2 Speed coaching team is composed of outstanding individuals from various endurance sport backgrounds, including triathlons, cycling, fell running, and adventure racing. They've faced and overcome personal challenges to achieve sporting success, and they bring that real-world experience to help guide you. Our coaches understand the hurdles you face in pursuing endurance sports and are ready to offer practical, empathetic advice. Above all, they are passionate about the sports they love and bring humour, fun and inspiration to every session they coach.
