Simple and Sinister, is a minimalist kettlebell workout program that focuses on two foundational movements: the kettlebell swing and the Turkish get-up.
The Challenge
Complete the StrongFirst "Simple" Challenge with the heaviest weight you can by May 10, 2025. These exercises are not only effective but also efficient, providing a full-body workout that conditions your muscles, enhances flexibility, and boosts cardiovascular fitness.

Regular progress tests keep you on track, with benchmarks to chase and achievements to celebrate. As you conquer each milestone, you'll earn a t-shirt in a new colour symbolizing your dedication and progress. T-shirts are awarded based on where you reach at the end of the challenge on May 10, 2025.
