For this entry level workshop, we have cherry picked a handful of exercises and techniques—kettlebell, barbell, and bodyweight—that combine the highest yield results with a quickest learning curve:

Power Breathing— Deadlift - Pushup - Kettlebell Swing

Rite of Passage - 6th Feb
