When you arrive for your demo ride or rental, our mechanics will help set up the bike for you, including adjusting the saddle height, fitting computer mounts, and making any necessary rider positioning adjustments.
If you have a preferred saddle or computer mount that you would like us to install on the bike, please feel free to bring it along.
What to Bring
We have a small selection of pedals available for use; however, we recommend bringing your own pedals whenever possible to ensure the best fit and riding experience.
Please note that cycling shoes, cleats, helmets, water bottles and riding kit are not provided as part of the rental or demo.
Crash Protection & Rental Deposit
For your peace of mind, all demo and rental bikes are covered by Mapdec's crash protection policy. A £250 refundable security deposit is required prior to collecting your bike and will be returned upon the safe return of the bicycle, subject to the terms of the rental agreement.
