Made in France with a unique foam core construction, these wheels are superbly comfortable and amazing at reducing road buzz.  They are 21mm Internal hookless and perfect for tyres 30mm to 40mm. The come as seen in the picture with GoodYear Eagle F1r 30mm tyres installed, and a shimano HG freehub. max tyre pressure is 73psi
