We start by helping you choose the ideal frame from our handpicked selection of trusted brands. Next, we guide you through selecting your groupset, focusing on premium options from Shimano, SRAM, and Campagnolo. From there, we move to wheels — whether you prefer a fully custom setup or a choice from our preferred partners like FFWD. The finishing touches — bar tape and saddle — are usually chosen during your personalized bike fit session, ensuring every detail is perfectly suited to you.

Our Process
Start with the frame.
TIME bikes are leaders in carbon fibre manufacturing with unsurpassed research and expertise. Other preferred frame brands we work with are Wilier, FiftyOne Bikes, 3T, and LOOK.
Choose Your Groupset
A groupset covers all the essential components that control shifting, braking, and drivetrain performance. This includes:
- Shifters and brake levers
- Front and rear derailleurs (also known as mechs)
- Brake calipers (front and rear)
- Crankset and bottom bracket
- Chain and cassette
Together, these parts work seamlessly to deliver smooth gear changes, efficient power transfer, and responsive braking—whether you're racing, climbing, or cruising.

Choose Your Wheelset
Next to the frame your wheels are the most important decision you make in determining the ride feel of your new bike.
Whether you choose a high-performance option like an FFWD wheelset or prefer a fully custom build, our team has you covered. We'll source and assemble every component to ensure your setup meets your exact specifications.
Bike Assembly
Once all your parts arrive at the shop, our expert mechanics get to work assembling everything in preparation for your custom bike fit.
Bike Fit Overview
When your bike is ready, we’ll give you a call to schedule your 60-minute bike fit session with Paul. During this session, Paul will fine-tune your position to ensure optimal comfort, performance, and efficiency.
Final Adjustments
After your fit, our mechanics spend approximately 3 hours making all the necessary adjustments. Once everything is dialed in and the finishing touches—like wrapping the bar tape—are complete, we’ll call you again to come in for a test ride.
