We know we should, now there is no excuse. Pre or Post workout these short 30 min classes will keep you in tip top condition, improve your position and comfort on the bike and  help you recover from hard training. Led by Lucy Johnson directly after the Wednesday Hour of Power class. Lucy has developed a series of exercises specific to the needs of cyclists, that we are sure you will find beneficial.
