Application is simple - wipe any residual dirt or grease off the stanchions and shock shaft and then make sure you cover up your brake disks and pads because it will make them forking slippery too!
Re-apply as required by frequency of riding, distance covered, terrain and conditions.
AAS Juice is a premium, aluminium anti-seize assembly paste. Using it will allow easy future disassembly for maintenance by preventing against cold welding, corrosion and seizure. It will also ensure a squeak free interface between threaded parts such as bottom brackets, bolts and pedals. Also good for BB30 & Headset type bearings pressed into metal frames.
Apply a small amount – just enough to cover the threads on your component part and then tighten to the required torque setting as advised in the manufacturer’s instructions. Wipe of any excess.

Our favorite grease, and we use it exclusively in the workshop as we have not yet found anything as resilient as this.
Bearing Juice is a grease designed for use in low temperature applications such as hubs, bottom brackets and headsets. Don’t be alarmed that Bearing Juice is not purple and/or shiny – it doesn't need to be! These types of greases are lithium complex greases and are designed to work in applications where a high operating temperature is achieved such as a car wheel hub. Without these high temperatures being achieved the grease does not release its lubricating oils as effectively as it should and you don’t get optimum lubrication. Bearing Juice also has high resistance to water wash out which will help keep your bearing’s running smoother for longer through the British summer time.
To breathe new life in to a set of bearings carefully remove the outer and inner seals with a very thin screwdriver to reveal the bearings within their race. It is advisable to clean the bearings as much as possible with a degreaser such as Brake Juice or Dirt Juice Super Gnarl and then rinse with water before allowing them to dry out for as long as possible. Finally re-pack the bearings with fresh Bearing Juice before carefully replacing the inner seal followed by the outer seals.
We are sure you realise this, but the Jet Wash is the definitive arch enemy of the humble bearing so whilst we appreciate how convenient they can be to use, you should always take care to not focus the jet on any bearings as it will almost certainly reduce the lifespan of the bearings as it will force muck past the seals and into the bearing race leading to that horrible rough and gritty feeling. Brake Juice is a high performance, fast drying, disc brake cleaner, designed for cleaning your disc brake pads and rotors, but also great for flushing out bearings and getting things clean.
Brake Juice has a chlorine-free formulation that will not do any of the following:
Spray directly on to callipers, pads and rotors and let it do it’s thing. Brake Juice dries quickly, with no residue so there is no need to wipe anything off. Initial performance does differ between pad compounds and different brands. Generally we have found that the Brake Juice evaporates more quickly from semi metallic and sintered pads than it does from organic pads. So if you do use organic pads you may experience a short period of brake squeak but this will quickly stop.
Always remember to check your pads for wear – Brake Juice won’t do a lot if you are down to the back plate! Also it is worth checking you have exactly the right size mount for the rotors you are using – we have seen people caught out on several occasions where a mount has been slightly too big and bridging has occurred. This is where the top of the pad never comes into contact with the rotor, so it never wears down and creates a lip that makes it appear as though you have plenty of pad life left. Then all of a sudden the brake lever goes back to the bars and you can’t stop because the rest of the pad that you can’t see without turning the bike over, is worn right down!View full product details
Essential for places where carbon tubes get clamped such as the Stem, Handlebar and Seatpost. This paste ensures that these parts stay solid at the low bolt torque demanded. This paste is bright red in colour, hopefully stopping you accidentally adding to your bearings. It contains grit to aid friction.
Before Carbon Fibre became the new best thing to make bicycles from, we were used to just tightening a clamp and the item being clamped staying put. Fine for Aluminium/Steel/Titanium; not so for slippery Carbon Fibre. At best your seat post would gradually slip down leading to irritation and progressively more tired legs and at worst, because you know its a bit slippery, you over tighten and then "snap"....... Time for a new seat post as the last one now has a lovely crack through it!
So with this in mind, Carbon Juice is there to give a little helping hand at increasing the friction between previously slippery carbon fibre surfaces. It reduces the chances of slippage and eliminates the need for you to over tighten and risk damaging your light weight parts. And one small pot will last a very long time as so little is required per application.
Simply apply a very thin layer to component interface area's and tighten to manufacturers recommended torque settings.View full product details
