One of the real benefits to a system like ours is the ability to really focus on pedal technique and make quick gains in your efficiency and comfort on the bike. 

These sessions are 30 mins and are suitable for beginners to learn and develop efficient pedaling strokes, and for the experienced to practice and perfect them. Usually held once a month prior to another session so that you can make the most of your visit. 

We will do these in small groups, and the session will be split into the first half of technique breakdown and analysis, and the second half practice drills. We will use a range of videos, but will make good use of the "Elements of Style" Video from The Sufferfest series. 

Check the time table and book online to reserve your state of the art trainer on our group sessions. 

Remember to bring:

  • Your bike. (Rear wheel is removed to direct mount, no need for special tyres etc)
  • Your shoes and kit (there is a small changing and shower facility)
  • Water bottle
  • A small towel will keep you comfortable when sweaty
  • An ANT+ enabled heart rate monitor if you have one. (Like this Heart Rate Strap)
